HK gov't welcomes right of abode ruling
Hong Kong Secretary for Security Ambrose Lee answers questions during a press conference in Hong Kong, south China, March 28, 2012. Ambrose Lee Wednesday said he welcomed the city's Court of Appeal's ruling that foreign domestic helpers did not have the right to apply for permanent residency in Hong Kong.
