Over 1000-year-old Shanggantang Village

Shanggantang Village, with a history of more than 1,000 years, locates 25 kilometers southwest of Jiangyong and has more than 400 families.

Most the villagers are surnamed Zhou. The village has more than 200 resident houses and a number of other historical relics built in the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties.
