Madonna to perform at 2012 Super Bowl

Madonna will be the main performer at the 2012 Super Bowl halftime show, media reported on Tuesday quoting the U.S. National Football League。

The 53-year-old pop star queen, who was out of the media’s spotlight in the past few years, will concert next year in collaboration with the creative team from Cirque du Soleil, the league said。

In 2012, the Super Bowl will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, on Feb. 5 like in every year. The halftime show has become a trademark of the sports event。

Madonna fans reckoned that the show will focus primarily on dance and body movement because Madonna has hired choreographer Jamie King who has worked with Prince and Michael Jackson。
