Materials

Fresh shrimp 8

Broccoli 2 large flowers

Tofu 1 small piece

Egg 2 pcs

Crab Mushroom A handful

White jade mushroom A handful

Salt Right amount

Cooking wine Right amount

Ginger Right amount

Chicken Essence Right amount


The practice of tofu, shrimp and mushroom soup

  1. Shrimp shelled and shrimp line, shrimps with salt, cooking wine ginger marinate for 10 minutes. Don't throw the shrimp head
