Road cleaner creates dust storm

A cleaning vehicle that is supposed to sweep the roads in Dangyang, Central China's Hubei province has created a dust storm of controversy. The transformed truck was made by a local cleaner with 16 brooms attached to an iron rotor at the rear of the vehicle. It cleans 20 kilometers of road every day.
