1. Clean the prawns;

4. Boil in a pot of boiling water for 1-2 minutes, the shrimp shells turn red, turn over the shrimp meat, remove and drain for later use;
5. A piece of instant noodles, a handful of semi-damp tempeh, and a handful of dried sea rice into the oven at 120 degrees and bake for 15 minutes;
